Stoy tratando de instalar composer en mi virtual center el cual cumple todos los requerimientos de hardware y software
pero cuando llega al final de la instalación da el error que adjunto
busque como resolverlo y en teoria con esto se soluciona el problema
Symptoms
When trying to upgrade an existing installation of the VMware View Agent to 4.5, you encounter one of these errors:
Error 28014. Unable to close the firewall.
Warning 28013 Unable to open the firewall.
Internal Error 28051 Shared Access.
Resolution
If you are upgrading View Agent from a version earlier than 4.5 and if you have used a group policy object (GPO) to disable Windows firewall, the installer returns one of these errors and the upgrade is rolled back.
If you encounter Error 28014 or Warning 28013, you must use a GPO to enable firewall services and run the installer again to upgrade the agent.
To edit this GPO:
Log into your Domain Controller or the workstation that you use to manage your Group Policy in your environment.
Click Start > Run, type gpmc.msc, and click OK. This opens the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
Select the policy that applies to the virtual desktops that are affected by the errors. Right-click and choose Edit.
Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > Network Connections > Windows Firewall > Domain Profile.
Set the policy Windows Firewall: Protect all network connections to Disabled.
Close the GPMC and all associated windows.
Log back into the virtual machine affected by the upgrade errors.
Click Start > Run, type gpupdate /force, and click OK. This forces the computer to upgrade its local and group policies
