I have deployed Skyline Diagnostic tool appliance multiple times with all the required inputs, but still am unable to load the URL of Skyline Diagnostic tool. Can someone help me to identify what would be issue causing.
What is the version of SHD? We had a know issue with version 2.0.5. Please check if resolution outlined in https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/83674 helps.
We have newer release 2.5.0 where this issue is fixed
