Unable to analyze Crypto hosts

Hi guys,

When I try to launch an analyze on Crypto hosts on a cluster I've the following message:

Please remove 15 Crypto (Unsupported) hosts from the list before submitting.

95% of our hosts are in the same situation. 😕 

What stuck the analysis? Can you detail? 

Is it planned to support Crypto hosts? please

Hi Stephane

Thanks for using SHD. Currently we are not able to analyze the crypto hosts as SHD cannot generate log bundles on a encrypted host. We are planning to implement this feature in a future release. 

For now you can try to generate bundle manually and upload it to SHD. All log based analysis except PSOD should work. PSOD analysis will not be done as the dump will be encrypted.
