Task timeout for SHD analyze

Hello. I am trying to do a simple health check against a vCenter (latest v7) and am just selecting the Health Check plugin, and it will connect, but the task timeouts after about 1 minute

Failed to generate log bundles from target: 0 bundles: Timed out:No Failed No Task Id: 582631967dc8f0c5

I have confirmed it is not a firewall issue, where could I get more information as to why? Thank you.

Hi @jeffj2000 ,

Can you please share the SHD log bundle here, you can collect it from the SHD UI itself by navigating to Settings -> Help & Support -> Support Bundle

This should download a .tar file which you can attach here, for us to debug. We suspect the failure is because SHD is unable to reach to the target for data collection we can comment once you share the logs with us.
