Skyline Health Online health connectivity error

All of our vSphere 7.0.2 build 17958471 servers started reporting errors with Skyline Health in the last two days following a minor patch install.  The error occurs in Online health connectivity and reports:

The current status of Internet connection is disabled. Online health checks are not available if the Internet connection is disabled.

The vSphere server has Internet access and can download patches etc.  Does anyone know what may have caused this or how to resolve the problem?  In the alternative (assuming no fix / work around), how do I disable Skyline health as it is currently inoperable?

 @d-marshall This Skyline Health is part of vCenter Server and you should be able to report it as regular vCenter SR and work with tech support

we have the same problem.   I've been working with VMware support for over three weeks with no end in sight.   It's ridiculous.
