SHD - How To configure scheduled automatic Tool Update and VCG Update

Hello Community,
I'm new to SHD and I'm looking for a way to schedule automatically Tool Update and VCG Update.

Here is what I got so far:
I'm running the latest OVA Version: 3.0.2 and I'm logged in as shd-admin and should have full permissions.

I checked on the 'Settings' menu - 'Upgrade & History' page, but can only find how to manually execute these tasks.

I also logged into the shell as root and tried to update via YUM,
- This appears to be only the Photon OS upgrade and note the desired automatically scheduled upgrades to the SHD Tool and VCG DB.

I found the Scheduler, but it appears, the Scheduler only allows to schedule Health Check on a target systems as listed options here:
=>Select Target type to create scheduler:
-- vCenter Health Check
-- VMware Cloud Foundation Health Check
-- vSAN Health Check

Is this feature to update the tool itself just missing or am I missing something?
Any pointers are most welcome!

Kind regards,

Richard

Hi @richard_kessay ,

This feature is still not available in SHD, we have incorporated it into our roadmap item, and plan to get it delivered in the next quarter.

We will keep you updated on it, once we have any updates to share.
