For the Skyline health diagnostics appliance, is one enough for all sites/regions?

I know vmware recommend one skyline advisor per geographical regions but I have not been able to find how many Skyline health diagnostic appliances you need per region/estate. Due to it being ad-hoc I was thinking one appliance would be enough? I have clusters globally in asia, europe, america, etc but thinking one appliance would be ok as the network bandwidth wouldn't be that much considering how often the diagnostics will be run

I did log a call with vmware and they just said post a question here so hoping someone can help

Skyline Health Diagnostics perform analysis on support log bundles, which are sometimes huge in size, and so download might take a lot of time. We would recommend to have one SHD instance per site/region for better performance and less timeout errors.
