vmc SR numbers in Skyline view

I am not seeing SaaS Production Support-Request for vmc on aws  in Skyline 2.1 view. Missing configuration?

As per the comments, We understand that you are looking for Skyline Proactive support capability with VMC on AWS.

I would like to inform you that non of the cloud products are supported with Skyline as of today.
