We have encounter an issue with customers getting a "Bad Request" error message when accessing the Skyline Advisor:
The workaround is to clear browser cache and/or attempt to access Skyline Advisor in “Incognito Mode” for Chrome browsers. Skyline engineering is aware of the issue and will be implementing a workaround early next week.
This is an general issue with the vmware homepage. it's still an issue in 2020 and lately on the my.vmware.com page.
I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution Same issue still no fix to this. Did you get any solution?.
I had issues like these with Chrome and Edge, the Icognito mode comes to help
