open firewall to connect skyline advisor

Dear All,

I am checking the way to open firewall as below

skyline need to open firewall for external network

vcsa.vmware.com, vapp-updates.vmware.com

However, we couldn't open it as dns name (fqdn)

Could you give me a guidance to open it by ip?

Welcome to Skyline Communities!

We recommend opening the firewall/proxy rules for vcsa.vmware.com and vapp-updates.vmware.com using FQDN because these two endpoints are managed by a Load Balanced environment. Hence, IP addresses for the endpoints are subject to change.
