hosts become unresponsive

Hi, customer has deployed a new skyline collector( version 2.6) with three vCenters (version 6.5) connected. They claim that since the deployment some hosts have become unresponsive and this gets resolved by rebooting. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello Reza,

Skyline Virtual machine is a normal VM like any other machine, I would suggest opening the case with the vCenter team to check what exactly happened on the vCenter server.
