My reports are displaying the wrong company name.  Other than editing it myself, how can I get the right company name displayed?

Could you please provide the details to help us investigate the issue and provide a resolution .

We will request for the information on a private message .

I have the same issue. Our report says "Court Of Appeals Of Virginia" when we are "Virginia Community College System".

For the benefit of other community members who might be facing the same issue.

We would require the following details to correct the issue.

1. Name of the company mentioned on the OSR report.
2. Actual name that should be in the OSR report.
3. EA number
4. Email address of the user registered with Skyline

The issue is fixed by our back-end team . Could you please confirm that you have the right name on the OSR report now.

Just downloaded the latest. Sorry it still not fixed. The report still has the wrong name and there is no data. See attachment
