Skyline Log Assist allowing Skyline to automatically upload your log bundles (with your approval) to VMware Technical Support so our engineers can begin troubleshooting your issue right away. No more time-consuming process of manually collecting, packaging and uploading log files via SFTP or My VMware. Use the “Auto Approve” feature to automatically approve all log upload requests from Tech Support.
