I usually connect to my employer's remote computer using VMWare on a macBook Air running Ventura 13.1 OS. If I'm on my home wifi it connects normally. It doesn't connect if I'm traveling and tethers the mac to my phone's data to login. VMware will ask for my username, password and the token from authenticator app. Once I enter those info, I see a page "loading desktop" and then it quits without providing any error message. I tried changing the connection from VMwareBlast to PCoIP as someone posted in this group before, but got a message "connection to the remote computer ended". Will appreciate any help. Thanks

Thanks for sharing the information. I reinstalled the VMware app once more and its working now. Not sure what the problem. was/is. Hope it doesn't happen again. Thanks again.
