Unauthorized Access

I have been using skyline for over a year now but I have been receiving this message for about a week.

I tried following the KB Article https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/76319 but the skyline advisor role is not an option available.

What can I do to resolve this issue

Hello scassady,

Welcome to communities.

Please confirm if you are the organization owner and you deployed the skyline in your environment.

If yes, please share the organization name and email id which is used to login to skyline advisor and also account Id to check the issue from back end.

Login to skyline advisor at the top right corner click on your name and select organization and share the screenshot of organization details page.

Please update the requested details in below page.

If no, please request the organization owner who created the skyline and ask him to add the required services for your user.
