    I have tried to access the link from every browser but it just comes up with -

    Whitelabel Error Page

    This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

    Thu Apr 26 07:16:08 PDT 2018

    There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).

    could not download file

    So have not been able to access it.

    Hello,

    Please confirm if you are receiving this error while trying to access the link to view "OSR Report"

    Please confirm the name of the Company / User Account that you are using / EA Number.

    I have sent you a personal message where you could share the details.

    I can get in to the link for OSR but when there it shows my username for the company but nothing under the EA part which is odd.

    I will send more details via PM.

    The first report is generated after 3 weeks of activation.

    Let us know when the Skyline was installed and configured.

    Also provide the details below:

    1. Name of your company.

    2. User Account.

    3. EA Number.

    So that we could check in the server if the right user is being used and when the account was activated.

    Hello Chris,

    Thank you for sharing all the required details.

    I see that the Skyline was registered on 2018-04-20

    First report is generated after 3 weeks from the date of registration.

    Request you to wait for few more days to get the first report generated.

    Thanks for checking.  I will wait until May 11th which is when the first report should be generated if 3 weeks after install.
