Unable to open support ticket

I'm not able to open support ticket for a whole day.

I get:

 

Unable to file your request at this time. Please click here to jump to the existing Get Support flow. 

and there I get:

Unable to Complete Your Request

I have tried using different browsers and different clients.

Hello @IPerko ,

To open a Skyline ticket navigate to MyVMware, Select vSphere as the product and you would get the option as Skyline Advisor and Skyline collector.
