Unable to login with https://vcsa.vmware.com/skyline/osr-delivery/login url

Hi All,

I am unable to login to OSR portal to download the OSR report . It says like

Click the button below to sign in using your My VMware credentials. But when i click its bounce back same login window. Can any one suggest on this to get this closed.Skyline Community

We have identified and resolved the issue internally, now we can successfully able to download the OSR.

We are having this same issue.

We also have been running the collector for mroe than 3-4 weeks and haven't received any notice.

I do not found any registered Collector with the provided User, however, I see multiple different accounts registered with EA Number: 116896750.

Please confirm if that is correct else, please validate and provide correct EA Account, organization name which is used at the time of Skyline registration.

That is the correct EA number, but its a statewide contract with a lot of different users.  Not sure if that would make a difference.

i was pretty sure I had used my account when registering the appliance.
