Unable to download Skyline collector

On the console (VMware Cloud Services) I'm trying to download the skyline collector but I'm getting the following error

HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

Is there another way to download the collector?

The issue should be the browser cache, please use a Private browser(incognito mode) to access the same link. Let me know if the issue persists.
