Unable to access Skyline OSR

Hi all,

I got notified a report was available but when trying to access it I receive the following error:

Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).
status 406 reading ReferenceClient#findTenantsByEmail(String); content: {"timestamp":1525705417649,"status":406,"error":"Not Acceptable","exception":"org.springframework.web.HttpMediaTypeNotAcceptableException","message":"Not Acceptable","path":"/tenants/email/email-redacted"}
I plan on waiting a bit and trying again, just curious if anyone else has run into this.

Hello Jared,

I see that you have registered to Skyline on 2018-05-02.

First report is generated after 3 weeks from the date of registration.

Request you to wait for few more days to get the first report generated.


Please find the threads that were reported on communities for the same issues that you are experiencing.

Hello Jared,

I see that you have registered to Skyline on 2018-05-02.

First report is generated after 3 weeks from the date of registration.

Request you to wait for few more days to get the first report generated.

Thanks Ashwin,

I figured that was the case. I just thought it odd that I received an email saying a report had been generated and was available.

I will wait for the 3 week period and try again.

I have passed this feedback along to our Engineering team to work towards providing a better customer experience including: why you received an email if a report was not available for you to download as well as why you received an error message when attempting to download your Operational Summary Report.
