Unable To Add vCenter to Skyline

I've read through the forum, and can't seem to find out the issue on this.  I'm hoping somebody from support can reach out to me for assistance.

I've deployed version 1.3 of Skyline, and upgraded to V1.4.  I am to the point, where I'd like to link my vCenter environment into Skyline to begin collecting data, however all efforts have failed.

I will attach a screen shot to this post with my current settings.  The second screen shot shows the error message received when attempting to add.

Here are a couple of things I've tried:

==============================================

1.  Tried using IP's instead of FQDN, to rule out DNS.

2.  Tried restarting Skyline server.

3.  Confirmed that all required ports are open on the firewall.

Please feel free to reach out to me at your earliest convenience with your thoughts.

After enabling the SSO configuration the URL which I see in the screen shot is incomplete.

The default is vsphere.local at the end which is missing.

If you have domain other than vsphere.local then you have to add the customer domain syntax at end.

Example :-

IF your login is administrator@vsphere.local

https://PSC_FQDN:7444/sso-adminserver/sdk/vsphere.local

if you have login as administrator@customdomain.local

https://PSC_FQDN:7444/sso-adminserver/sdk/customdomain.local

Sent webex details.

Hi

I do see you have custom URL but not added the domain name in the last.

I would suggest to check for the below URL for installation help.

I'm not sure what you mean about using a custom URL?

I've actually walked through this video, and it was not very helpful to me.

Thank you for the feedback.

My apologies, the screen shot I provided did not include that, however I had actually tried it both ways, with the /vsphere.local at the end as well as with /mydomain.com at the end.

Both ways did not seem to make a difference.
