Test token for VMware Skyline Collector

Jump to solution

Hi Team,

I would like to hear your advise and idea about “VMware Skyline”.

On my home lab, I deployed a Skyline collector virtual appliance as test but it must need “Collector Registration Token” as below. To get it, we need access to VMware Cloud Services Platform on the Link in this picture, but my access is denied. I guess the reason is we do not have any warranty by VMware, so that may be root cause.

And I work as a VMware Certified Instructor and sometimes received questions about it from my trainees on classes. So, if there are any way to use this feature as trial, I would like to know that and try at my home lab.

I confirmed VMware HOL and two labs are available now. But one is simulator and another is VMware Skyline Advisor lab.

Hi @VM_Yamato

Welcome to the Skyline Communities and thank you for your interest in Skyline! Unfortunately, Skyline requires an active Production, Premier or Success 360 entitlement for the installation to proceed. We do not have a trial version of Skyline.
