Support site will not let me start a case

CustomerConnect will not let me choose an "Issue Type" so I cannot go forward with creating a case/ticket with support.

Are you sure that all fields are fulfilled?

Yes, except for the drop down for "Issue type".  The "Issue type" drop down is blank and there is nothing to select, so it considers it unselected and will not let me proceed.  I have had a coworker try, and we have attempted this on Chrome and Edge.
