We have Skyline installed and configured, its successfully uploading logs and we have received a report about pro-active findings however we are unable to initiate log transfers to VMWare agents when they request these? We get this error:
Does anyone have any ideas? The VMWare agent on this particular request seems clueless as to what we can do to fix this.

Whichever SRs are created by you then you will be able to upload the logs to those SRs only however we are trying to fix that situation in the future releases.
You can upload the logs to any SRs once we fix it in the future release.

Are you trying to upload the logs to the SR created by you or someone else ?
You will not be able to upload the logs to other's SR.

The SR was created by someone else.
I still don't understand though, there is no way for me to create a Service Request from within the Skyline advisor so how am I supposed to do this? All service requests we log have to go via the "My VMware" portal on this link: https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/get-help
