Still receiving MyVMware account registration error

I'm trying to register the VA with our MyVMware.com account and I'm still receiving the error that our account or EA number is not associated with a Skyline enabled account. I have reset the password for our account as I read that in another post on here but no change.

This is working now. I had to redeploy the appliance as it would not register against vCenter or PSCs.
