Skyline "unhealthy" and I cannot login

I received an email from Skyline stating that my server was "unhealthy".  Upon attempting to follow the linked KB articles, I cannot login as either of my documented Admin or Root passwords, nor my domain account.  I have found no immediate articles in this board which apply to my situation.

Can anyone provide any assitance?
