I am trying to upload some log files for one of my colleagues who logged a ticket and we are both operating under the same account. When I go through the wizard to select the host and then do a search on the ticket I get the error below. Is there anyway I can use the ticket my colleague logged and upload the logs on his behalf

Enabling this setting allows you to see support requests opened by other team members and use Log Assist to transfer support bundles associated with those support requests.
What is this for then?
Note: The above switch works for some accounts and not others on my Org.
