Skyline Collectors

Hello,

My organization received an alert that reads:

'Your vmware skyline collectors are currently unhealthy. You must restore your collectors to healthy status so skyline can resume providing proactive intelligence to keep your environment safe and healthy.'

Can anyone guide me on how to clear this error and back to a healthy state?
