Skyline Collector getting Http failure response for https://api/v1/auth?auto=false: 502 Bad Gateway

I have 2 collectors one is working without issue the other I cannot log into getting the above error. I have tried different browsers and cleared the cach but still will not connect. The collector has two vCenters in it and one is not collecting and I needed to get on it to fix the collector nt working
