Skyline Collector Upgrade 3.2.0.0

Good Morning,

 

I have updated my test collector to 3.2.0.0 successfully and now I can't login to the web GUI I keep getting Request failed. I don't have auto-upgrade turned on.. Has anyone else experienced this?

Appeared to be a browser cache thing, I was using Edge then I tried Chrome and it let me logged in. I then deleted cache in Edge and then tried to login again and it worked fine.

Thanks for the information, I was running into the same issue in Edge. Tried resetting the admin password to default and it still wouldn't let me in!

Clearing browser cache resolved my issue as well.
