Skyline Collector Loses Network Configuration After Reboot

We have a Skyline Collector 2.7.0.0 and after a reboot a failure came during boot and we have no network connection anymore.
This article was great but it do not help: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/76400

The network configuration remains as it should if we show all settings with: /opt/vmware/share/vami/vami_config_net
Option 0 show information and all is fine.

Did change the DNS settings just do do some change and saved it again but it do not help.

Have tryed several reboots and several:  systemctl restart systemd-networkd
"systemctl status systemd-networkd" and "systemctl status systemd-networkd.socket" show this:

Any suggestions to fix this?

The other collector we have is ok and is now upgraded to 3.0.0.0 from CLI and to 3.1.0.0 in GUI without any problem.

/Thanks Lars
