Maybe this is an easy one, I'm not sure, but my Skyline Collector is running version 2.5.0.0. Auto upgrade is turned on. It's able to call home, but for some reason auto-upgrade has stopped working. Is there some CLI way to force an update without having to re-deploy a new OVA?

I'm pretty sure this is a known issue as I myself experienced this exact issue with our Collector even when call home is successful. I downloaded the update from Dell Support and manually uploaded/updated via the Collector virtual appliance console successfully. Honestly, I don't believe the auto-upgrade has ever worked for us, so I always upgrade manually. Hope that helps!
