Skyline Advisor is reporting snapshots older than 7 days on a VM that shows no snapshots at all. Suggestions / recommendations for how to resolve this?

You may need to ignore the alert since there is no active snapshots currently attached to the VM(s).
Otherwise, ensure to follow the VMware KB article linked to that alert to help you remediate the alert
