I am not able to login to the Skyline Advisor it's says like below. earlier i am able to login and able to collect the reports too.
There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database.
For Premier Services entitled customers (BCS/MCS/HCS/Telco), please file a Support Request under Product "Skyline Advisor" to get assistance:https://www.vmware.com/group/vmware/get-help/

If we have not migrated to VMware Cloud Services, we would not be able to login from VMware Cloud Services. Can you confirm if the migration is completed?
