Proactive Findings event clearing

I have resolved some of the issues listed in proactive findings, however they are not clearing on the next run of the collector. So how do you clear these events?

Thank you for sharing the details. I can see only 4 critical errors currently in your environment.

Please let me know if you have already fixed the L1 Terminal fault and SpectreMelt down issue.

Hi Coneym,

You see two days old data in the Skyline Advisor. 

Please try to check after 48hrs if it is still the same then please share the company name and collector ID.

I am down to one alert left for Hardware compatibility, so they are clearing it is just taking awhile
