New Skyline finding suggestion KB71361

Just had a PSOD because of a faulty driver (qfle3f), KB71361: VMware Knowledge Base

Should be fairly easy to add a new finding for that since there are similar finding logics like that, for example vSphere-PSODigbnPFException14-KB#67686
