Network Connectivity fails while configuring vmware skyline

I was able to deploy VMWare skyline into our test environment, during initial configuration for network connectivity its fails saying unknown host.

I am able to ping the vmkware skyline host name and its IP address.

Any suggestions will be helpful

Did you use Proxy to fix the issue ?

Solved it here, the appliance uses default 2 external DNS servers which were not allowed in the firewall, changed it to use our internal DNS servers.
