Issue validating credentials against backend database

​We have migrated to CSP and we have waited longer than a week

​Customer ID: 4106667158

Organization ID: 678ac563-9a3b-4a26-9126-3fa4962102ec

​Organization ID: jvcwf8ug

​Not sure which Org ID is needed, so included both.

Please advise what we can do to correct this

Hello Harry,

Thank you for your email.

They have a collector appliance running on 2.0.0.2. Please have them update the collector appliance to the latest version.

Also try accessing the Skyline Advisor using a browser in Incognito window. Please let me know if you need any assistance over a webex.

Hi Harish

The client only created their cloud console portal, have not yet deployed a collecter.

We will try that and see if we can link it.
