I have an issue while trying login to Skyline Advisor

I'm getting this error when trying to login to the advisor:

There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database

Any advice?

Thank you for you post.

We had an issue in the back end which seems to have caused the issue . However that issue was resolved last week

Could you please answer these questions which will help us resolve the issue

a) Is the issue noticed when you login from MY VMware Portal

b) Is the issue noticed only when you login directly to VMware Cloud Services

c) Where you able to log earlier

d) Is the issue noticed for all users

It appears that I'm having the same issue.  I can login successfully to myvmware.com but whether I try to get to skyline advisor via the link there or going directly I get the same error: There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database.

Just in case it matters, this doesn't appear to be just my account, my boss is having the same issue.

Hello ,

This issue happens when trying to login through CSP though the we have migrated Skyline to CSP.

Please let us know if you need assistance to migrate to CSP .
