Error when trying to access Skyline Advisor

After successfully installing Skyline Collector, I get the following message when trying to access Skyline Advisor:

"There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database."

Hi,

Usually, it takes an initial 48 hours for the first login. Until your account is synced with the backend, you may get this error.

Did we create an account on VMware Cloud Sevice Platform?
