I'm looking for some help deregistering an old Skyline Collector version 1.2. I've reset the root and admin passwords on the appliance to get in. When I try to deregister as admin I'm prompted to enter my MyVMware Account email and password, but this Skyline Collector was registered by a previous sysadmin that has not worked with us for several years. Any help would be appreciated.
