Could not connect successfully! Please try again - Test failed - Couldn't perform test registration

We are getting the following error while network configurations.

 

Could not connect successfully! Please try again - Test failed - Couldn't perform test registration due to: TimeoutException: null

 

Just we installed the skyline collector and now i am unable to set the network configurations.
