Collector listed as inactive?

Upon login to Skyline Advisor Application

When I click on the 'Account Details' tab, I see that my collector is listed as inactive. How can I remedy this?

Hi,

Thank you for the information.I see that you have registered four collectors yesterday,it will take 24 to 48 hours for you to see the complete information about the collectors on advisor.

Hi,

I understand that we have issues with collector. Kindly share the collector id details in the below link so that I can validate from the backend.

Yes, I deployed one per each vCSA. However, I realized my error, and deleted the original 4 collectors (one per VCSA). Deployed a new collector, registered it, and added all the vCenters to the inventory of the new collector.
