Changing Entitlement Account Number

Need to change the entitlement account number registered with the Skyline collector.

How is this done?

Hello,

You will not be able to change the EA number once the collector is registered, you can un-register the collector from the admin page to disassociate the collector, but the entry would still show up on the EA at cloud level.

You can simply delete the current collector and deploy a new collector with the same IP and FQDN and register using a different EA.
