Certificate and Java Exception Errors while trying to add vCenter to Skyline

We are receiving errors when trying to add a vCenter to Skyline. We are using external PSCs. We have tried several different ways. We have verified the read-only account by logging into the vCenter with the read only account.

We see that you have used the IP Address to register the vCenter Server.

Request you to use the FQDN.

Check if you are able to login to vCenter using the User which are using to add vCenter with Skyline.

If this is a customer SSO then you would have to specify the SSO details on the external SSO configuration option.

Tried what you recommended. Issue persists with same error. We used fqdn as well as SSO settings but we are still getting the errors.

We resolved the issue. What we had to do was add vCenters via FQDN and select SSO on the slider but leave the detailed info for SSO as is. It was failing because we were manually entering in all the SSO info. Seems counter-intuitive to me. We make it look like all that info needs to be entered.
