Greetings,
When setting up the Collector, I get the error "The My VMware account or EA number you have selected is not associated with a Skyline enabled entitlement account." when connecting to my MyVmware account. I received an invitation for the Production Support Early Access and saw the limit of 250 customers, but I have no idea if I'm getting this error because the 250 limit has already been exhausted, or because of another reason.

Edit: Is that the same as our account number? If so, that is 116958912.
