Can't add vCenter

Hi,

I'm trying to add vCenter and receive the following error: "Endpoint test failed. Error message: Couldn't create PropertyCollector facade for getting the VC UUID -> java.lang.RuntimeException: Couldn't login the client. -> Couldn't login the client -> Received SSO error -> Provided credentials are not valid."

Use Custom SSO Configuration is set to "no". I also confirmed that the vCenter read-only account can log into vCenter successfully. I am trying to connect to a local setup. I rebooted vCenter Server as well as the appliance. I've tried using different browsers too. Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello SFiedler,

Welcome to Communities,

While Endpoint registration In the Advanced Section, Please change the PSC IP address to FQDN as referenced below

SSO admin URL:

https://PSC FQDN.com:7444/sso-adminserver/sdk/vsphere.local

SSO sts URL:

https://PSC FQDN.com:7444/sts/STSService/vsphere.local

Lookup service URL:

https://PSC FQDN.com:7444/lookupservice/sdk/vsphere.local

Note: If the SSO domain name is different, change the vsphere.local to use the correct domain name.

Please refer to the below screenshot.

That's should allow adding vCenter Server endpoints to the Skyline collector. Please keep us posted about the progress.
