After upgrading vcenter from 6.7 to 7.0, Collector shows no entities for the vCenter

I have upgraded vCenter from 6.7 to 7.0.  The upgrade went well.  The Skyline shows there are no entities for this vcenter under Collector.

The picture shows the bottom one working with vcenter still on 6.7.  The top one is the one that has been upgraded.  Any ideas?
