After last autoupgrade my account's gone

I've had Skyline up and running for about 6 months with all my vCenters connected to skyline.vmware.com until after this upgrade. I logged in to check for that "inactive" glitch and it says "There is no account associated with your email Id."

From the query I understand that you are getting error while logging into skyline advisor.

Could you please try to open advisor page in Incognito window and make sure you select "Login using Cloud Services" option while logging to skyline advisor so that you will be directed to the latest collector details.
