So I am the primary and can access the report and all is well for me.

A second person, and this is the only other such person, who was listed as part of the pilot is not able to get the OSR.  They go to the login page, get sent over to my.vmware.com for authentication (which passes) and they get returned right back to the "login page" (OSR )

Is something missing from their account?

I can see there are three users listed in our database.

Please provide the user details who is trying to access the report, So we can verify in our database.

ks...@uwaterloo.ca is the user. If you want the full name I can PM it to you.

I can see the user listed in our database so he should be able to access the OSR.

Hi Jason,

Only the registered user can access and download the OSR but the upcoming Saas Development ( Skyline Advisor ) will have more capabilities including multi-user support.
